  Shifts & Scheduling: Shifts M-F 8-4:30 (7.5 Hr shifts with a 1 hr lunch). Breaks are per facility policy. Management is supportive of taking a full lunch break.
  Required Certifications- BLS, PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification, SCREEN Training Certification
  Unit Type- Case Management (Utilization Review)
  Trauma Level- 2
  Charting System- Allscripts
  Case load: Floors typically have 33-40 patients; Most floors are split with 1 CM & 1 SW; Caseload: 17-25 patients. Pilot Floors will have 1 CM & 2 SWs; Caseload: 12-17 patients. Need to be able to handle at least 20 patients.
