We are currently seeking a Business Development Director to work at our locations in NJ and San Francisco, CA Area.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all moving services sales activities, from lead generation to close in the assigned territory.
• Develops and implements agreed upon business plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the territory.
• Works within the sales and support team for the achievement of revenue generation and long-term sales goals in line with company vision and values.
• Responsible for the sales of professional moving services to corporations in respective territory.
• Demonstrates technical selling skills ability and moving service knowledge.
• Develops annual business plan in conjunction with VP North America Sales.
• Thorough understanding in the development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Self-driven individual with history of achieving production results.
• Maintains database of qualified leads through references, phone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on HR, business owners and key executives.
• Creates and conducts effective presentations that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and solutions that will be achieved in utilizing company services.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up in assigned territory.
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees.
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects of various solutions the company offers to their business.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications/Experience Required:
• 2-5 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in moving services a plus.
• Experience in working with Supply Chain and HR Management.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales production results.
