are:
The School Principal is an experienced leader, skilled at managing
and motivating teams to achieve success. You have a strong
foundation in both teaching and administration and bring expertise
in curriculum development. Your deep understanding of people
management, coupled with your exceptional interpersonal skills,
enables you to build meaningful, supportive relationships. You
bring years of experience working within a district- or
network-level setting and excel at empowering others to thrive.What
you bring:
- Master's degree in a related education field required
- Valid New York State certification in School Building
Leadership (SBL) or School District Leadership (SDL) required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
required
- Background in teaching and curriculum development required
- Experience working at the district- or network-level
requiredWhat you'll do:
- Serve as the instructional and educational leader, fostering a
safe, productive learning environment aligned with the school's
mission, curricula, and NYS Learning Standards.
- Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff,
guiding curriculum development, instructional strategies, and
compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Leverage strong leadership and administrative skills to
effectively manage staff and drive schoolwide success.
- Establish, monitor, and promote rigorous academic standards,
ensuring alignment with measurable student achievement goals.
- Develop and implement assessment systems and schedules to track
progress, inform decision-making, and ensure accountability.
- Use data to drive strategic planning, refine instructional
methods, and improve overall student performance.
- Provide professional development that enhances teacher
effectiveness and fosters continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with staff to evaluate and enhance instructional
methods, materials, and resources.
- Serve as a key member of HCZ's senior leadership team,
reporting directly to the Deputy Superintendent.Schedule:

salary ranges from $170,000 - $180,000. Salaries are determined
