Computing Sciences at New York Institute of Technology (New York
Tech) seeks a non-tenure track Teaching Assistant Professor in
Computer Science at its Long Island, NY (Old Westbury) campus.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidates should have an M.S. or a Ph.D. degree in computer
science or a related area, excellent communication skills, and a
solid track record in academia or industry. Commitment to teaching
at the undergraduate and graduate levels is required. Candidates
with a record of industrial experience are preferred. Successful
candidates will share our vision to grow the College of Engineering

globally. Candidates from all areas of Computer Science will be

transparency to candidates, the annual base salary range for this
position is listed. New York Tech considers factors such as (but
not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position,
candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills,
geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market,
organizational considerations and/or applicable collective
bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
Minimum Salary
USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary
USD $105,000.00/Yr.
