Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday Integrations & Reporting Analyst to enhance their Workday HCM and Financials systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop complex Workday reports, delivering insights for various departments
Design and implement company-wide dashboards and scorecards for data-driven decisions
Establish and enforce reporting guidelines for consistent and efficient practices

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Workday reporting and basic integrations
Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and familiarity with integration tools
Strong analytical mindset for creating data-driven solutions
Workday certifications are preferred but not required
