Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Writer (UX/UI) for a 6-month
contract, working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Write in-app communications and technical help files for product
releases and updates
Collaborate with Product Leaders and Engineers to create UI content
and manage the content release calendar
Oversee the Help Center and Resource Hub, including QA, deployment,
and release processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, UX writing, technical communications,
or journalism
Experience in content writing within a product-focused
environment
Familiarity with XML and JSON formats for structuring content
Experience with content management systems (CCMS) and agile
development processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with
cross-functional teams
