(SIE) is a full-service consulting engineering firm based in downtown Manhattan providing services in civil, structural, transportation engineering, bridge & facility inspection, construction management & inspection and lighting design. We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.

SIE is looking for an Office Engineer to support REI Services for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:Processing change orders
Processing contractor payments
Preparing field assessments quality review
Preparing takeoffs
Review and incorporate historical data from contractors to produce productivity reports
Review/ track RFI's and following-up on status
Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, etc
Document control
Assist with estimates
Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Skills: 10+ years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
5+ years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
Knowledge and experience with web-based data management software, such as PIMS, Procore, ASITE, ProjectWise, etc
Bachelor's in Engineering
OSHA 30

Expected salary range is $120,000 - $145,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual's qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
