A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to oversee
SaaS billing, invoicing, and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of SaaS billing, invoicing, and payment
collection for accuracy and timeliness
Lead and mentor a high-performing billing operations team while
fostering a collaborative environment
Implement billing policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and
prepare reports on billing operations and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Experience in billing operations management, particularly in SaaS
environments
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and
development
Knowledge of compliance regulations related to billing and
invoicing
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various
stakeholders
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
