A company is looking for a Senior Global Compensation
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and Business clients to manage and resolve
compensation issues
Design and update company equity and salary ranges, including for
new countries
Conduct job analysis and maintain job architecture for compensation
data integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
8+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
Strong understanding of compensation practices in the India
market
Experience in equity program design and administration
Expert level experience in building global compensation ranges
