Job Description:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the CFO is responsible for
the agency's financial planning, reporting, recordkeeping, and
regulatory compliance, through leading a finance department team to
perform with excellence in a complex and dynamic not-for-profit
environment.Skills NeededMBA or Masters in Finance or Masters in
Accounting with relevant Finance experience. 7+ years of proven
experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant leading finance
role. 5+ years of healthcare experience. Nonprofit finance
experience (preferred). Excellent knowledge of data analysis and
forecasting methods. Entrepreneurial spirit, seeking opportunities
to improve and grow the organization. Excellent emotional
intelligence skills.
