Description:We have an immediate opening for a IT Analyst to
work with our existing team and end users. You should be proficient
with client technologies such as desktop and laptop hardware,
Microsoft Windows and Office, and other commercial off-the-shelf
software products. We are looking for a quick learner who is eager
to give great customer service to our employees and have an
opportunity to advance their career in a fast growing company.What
You Will Be Doing:Support and maintain equipment related to alarm
signalingWorks with minimal supervision and may provide training
and assistance to less senior technicians or traineesMust have an
ability to proctor, coach, and teach othersProvides reliable, high
quality customer supportProvide instruction and guidance on system
operation and functionalityPerforms system testing and signal
verificationMaintains the necessary stock/inventory (equipment and
tools)Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information,
material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned
tasksEnsures the progress and completion of assigned tasksCompletes
and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and
other documentation in a timely mannerMust have a strong work
ethicMust be detail-orientedMust be able to work a full-time
schedule with on call availabilityMust complete other projects, as
assignedRequirements:What You Need For This Role:2 years or more
experience in an IT positionBachelors degree requiredFamiliarity
with Windows client (Windows 7/8/10)Familiarity with PC hardware
and peripheralsBasic networking knowledge including an
understanding of TCP/IPExcellent problem solving skills as well as
good communication are required.Experience in an office
